60 minute session that will include information gathering regarding your medical and social history, functional abilities and expectations of physiotherapy. A physical assessment will be completed to inform goal setting and treatment planning. 

45 minute session to carry out treatment plans agreed following initial assessment. Review of goals and outcome measures. 

For example, telephone discussions with clients or their family beyond administration and appointment booking, meetings or telephone calls with other professionals, case conferences etc. All additional work undertaken will be agreed with the client beforehand where possible.

For sessions outside a 5-mile radius of Catherine Fussell Physiotherapy base (CO5 9AP), a mileage charge of 0.45p return will occur.
